  Inder is amazing at customer service and he brings personality to the role that is much needed for a great experience. He was calm, gentle and took his time to explain the different sizes and types. Sub was great and but star of the whole experience was Inder!

  Theres a clear attitude problem with the staff that was here today (September 11, 2026) around 9:30 pm. No complaints on the food quality. I felt like both the staff was rude and didnt really listen to what we were trying to order, rushed through everything. Randomly started throwing in, without asking and assuming things.

  I bought something so I could use the bathroom, asked if they had a bathroom. The worker looked me up and down and said no. I asked if there was anywhere else he knew of, he said no. I understand rejecting non customers. but there's literally a bathroom for customers. Leaving this review in case someone needs a bathroom around Metrotown. Try Dennys or even Wendy's

  Today I ordered two footlongs by mobile order I waited for more-than the Pickup time i mentioned them with extra lettuce and extra honey sauce but i didn’t even find ten pieces of lettuce and there no sauce and grilled chicken patty looks like it was cooked a day before making a sandwich in which one of them came with tomatoes which I don’t want mainly this happened because of less workers I see only 1 person was working
