  This location usually only has 1 person running the entire restaurant on busy Friday and Saturday evenings therefore the wait and crowds can get large for a “fast food” place. I don’t blame the worker as she’s usually great and doing her best. I think the owners need to stop being cheap and staff more people as required. It’s also not acceptable for employee safety to only have 1 staff member on evening shifts. Will refer with WorkSafeBC on this

  Unbelievable, the fountain drink is broken and the owner is charging everyone extra (deal of the day combo) for a bottled drink (limited selection too) forcing the poor girls working here to receive massive backlash from the customers. The manager is also forcing them to albeit is the owners fault. These can be bought from the dollar store for 1/3 the price you pay here too. It's crazy they have only a few choices too seems like a massive cash grab scam. Shame on this owner.

  We entered the store and one of employee named RAJAN she saw us no hello or hi we waited there she was doing her work. We don’t have any problem if employees are busy but they should tell us that we will be there in some time. We just left the store. Worst customer service ever. Please train your employees how to do their job.
