We entered the store and one of employee named RAJAN she saw us no hello or hi we waited there she was doing her work. We don’t have any problem if employees are busy but they should tell us that we will be there in some time. We just left the store. Worst customer service ever. Please train your employees how to do their job.

I had a disappointing experience at this Subway location because of an employee named RAJAN. She was unprofessional and dismissive, refused to give me vegetables without explanation, and then went to the back and ignored me while I was still waiting. At one point, when another employee tried to add vegetables, Rajan stopped her abruptly and said something to her in another language to make her stop, which felt inappropriate and uncomfortable to witness. This kind of behavior is unacceptable in customer service, and I hope management addresses it.

REALLY DISAPPOINTED
This subway location is ideally our goto subway since the employees are generally friendly and they also provide grilled sandwiches. However, our recent experience was extremely bad. The employee at the time was Inder who was rude and not welcoming. We entered the store at 9.45pm and the store closes at 11pm and still we were told that dine-in was closed since the employee had just cleaned the tables. Despite that we placed our order on the app with bread Italian herbs and cheese. But after placing the order the employee mentioned they do not have that bread and upon requesting them to cancel the order they mentioned that order cannot be canceled from their side either. The employee then made a sloppy sub sandwich with extreme reluctance. On top of all this, our order was not what we ordered, there were missing olives and pretty sure the sauces were be different than what was ordered.
I did email the management the very next day but no response. I really hope the management does something about this matter. This standard is just unacceptable.

I couldn't get my app to apply the coupon, so I ordered in store and got the discount on my order with no issues 🙂 prompt service and friendly staff.
