  Ordered a steakcheese and ended up with some type of ham sandwich, obviously the wrong order. Submitted a ticket and got one response that just says it’s been resolved, not even an apology. Terrible service from the subway brand and this location.

  Bruh I asked for the new sandwich and they don’t even know what they’re doing. They put chicken in there, and I told them to just please look at the picture, it’s bacon/ham. But they just randomly put some meat in there in the end and charged me $10? The don’t even know what goes into the sandwich. Can you please hire normal people? I will make sure no one I know comes to this location bruh.

  I went to Subway to order a 6-inch veggie sub. I am vegetarian, mentioned that to avoid cross contamination. Employee, Arsh, put my veggie patty in the oven, then started preparing another order. While doing that, she handled bacon and then came back to mine. When I raised a concern, she lied straight to my face and later spoke about it to a coworker in their language, thinking I had left, but I could understand what they were saying. When I reported it to the supervisor, I was told, “I know her, she wouldn’t do this,” which was disappointing. Instead of apologizing, the employee was arrogant. Overall, very poor hygiene and customer service.

  I visit this place almost every day for lunch, and I absolutely love it. The customer service is excellent, especially the Tuesday afternoon staff — the girl with glasses is outstanding and very friendly. The food is always good, and the store is clean and well-maintained. Highly recommended!
