  I visited this location and was served by two different associates. Out of the two, Harman truly stood out. She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and considerate throughout the entire experience. She took the time to make sure everything was right and made us feel valued as customers. Great customer service like hers genuinely makes a difference. Unfortunately, my experience with the other associate wasn't as pleasant (know the name, but wouldn’t mention, lol) . She came across as quite rude, didn't ask whether we'd like our footlong split, and told us the store didn't have salt and pepper, which was a bit disappointing. Tbh, Harman completely turned the experience around with her positive attitude and professionalism. Ngl, it's gotten to the point where before deciding to buy, we literally look through the store window from the parking lot to see who's working. If we see Harman, we happily come in. If not, we usually rethink our decision. That's how much of a difference great customer service makes. Harman, if you ever read this, keep being amazing! Your kindness doesn't go unnoticed. Love ya, girl you go girl, and keep making customers smile. You deserve the recognition fr! ❤️👏

  I had 5 footlongs Jasvir did a great job making 3 footlongs for me and the rest were made by a Trainee with a tattoo named Jaspreet who did a bad job making the subs which is understandable as she being new but even worst job at serving and facing a customer. NO MANNERS
