  Jodh was very organized, and considerate. He had numerous orders for pick-up (mine too), but was considerate enough to ask what my order was, and proceeded to prepare it as he was working on another order. He just started his shift, and was left 2 meatballs short (6 not 8) for my sub. He offered to change my order, or to add pepperoni to the sub to make up the difference. Very organized, and considerate, Jodh is an exceptional employee.

  Gurpreet was excellent. It was very busy and she was serving customers on her own. She smiled and apologized several times for the wait while making the sandwiches. She was friendly and made you feel welcome. Gurpreet made sure to change her gloves, clean her workspace in between customers and clean the knife that she cuts the sandwiches so as to not cross contaminate between orders. Great service with a smile. Thank you.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent service at the Subway on Canada Way and Boundary. Hesha was absolutely wonderful—friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about providing great customer service. She made my sandwich perfectly and served everyone with a smile. She’s a real asset to this location. Thank you, Hesha!

  This should be a role model for the other subways. The tall guy who works the night shift is absolutely amazing. Give this man a raise! I wish the other locations had this quality. The food here is proper, the location at moscrop I understand is the same owner but they don't even know what a tomato should look like they serve mush and yellow ones and the bain is frozen. Canada way and smith is 100% on point.
