  I went to this subway to buy some sandwiches. The worker is supposed to wash their hands & change gloves for each customer. However, she was wearing gloves after the last customer touched my flatbread, meat, cheese, then the oven, and veggies, and used them for the next customer again. It was awful & not hygienic. When I mentioned to her that you need to wash your hands & changed gloves for each customer. She gave me a weird expression on her face.

  Jaspreet wasn’t so nice. Must have been the end of day and maybe she was tired? Still, I expect better from subway

  I was in the line getting my subway made when one of the workers told me to move because a customer was behind. I politely moved and the customer behind started laughing and saying stuff like “YES GET THEM OUT OF HERE”, which was very disrespectful and the worker started laughing too. I felt embarrassed and was made feel unimportant or less than the other customer by both the customer and the worker.

  Seriously? I just picked up 8:30pm Saturday, I ordered online, paid online, and was already charged for three bags with the order. Then I showed up for pickup and was told I had to tap my card again for another bag fee. It’s not about 25 cents. It’s about being charged twice for the same thing and how ridiculous the whole process is. What exactly is the expectation here? If someone orders several sandwiches online, are you planning to hand them over one by one with no bag unless the customer pays again at the counter? If the bag fee is already included in the online order, don’t charge it again at pickup. Pretty basic.
