  2 days ago I had a disappointing experience at this location. The employee who was assisting seemed rude and lacked basic customer service skills. While my sandwich was being made, I politely asked for the spicy sauce that I usually get and the girl who was preparing my sandwich start putting that sauce . The employee abruptly told me that only Sweet Onion sauce comes with this sandwich and that he couldn’t add the spicy sauce, then proceeded to pack my sandwich. I just throw that sandwich . Even they charge me more than usually i paid . The issue wasn’t the sauce itself—it was the way I was spoken to. Customers deserve to be treated with courtesy and respect. I hope management addresses this and provides better customer service training.

  We regularly order from this Subway using the App for takeaway. It is always ready on time, and passed over with a smile. The restaurant has always been clean and and organized. The food has always been of great quality. Many will ask, how could Subway not be "quality", I will clarify. The ingredients have always been fresh. The lettuce is typically where fast food wobbles, and the lettuce from this place is always fresh and green, the right green, not dark or slimy. Also, they do not go heavy on the sauce, they follow the order request to the mark. Also, on a number of occasions, I have asked for the two halves of a foot-long to be wrapped separately. No problem, they always do it with care and even label the two halves. Great care and pride is put into the orders we have made here.

  Normally a regular subway but I had food poisoning twice in 3 months. I don't know if it's new owners or just staff but I will not be eating here again. I love subway but not this one
