  Been coming to this spot for years and it’s always super clean. Stopped by last night during a crazy rush and the guy with the Trainee badge was holding down the fort solo. Handled the huge line with a big smile, super fast, and made a killer sub. Always love coming here!

  Avoid this Subway location. I live in Armstrong. This location consistently serves rotten lettuce, like brown and slimey. The tomatoes are also very old. If you ask for fresh lettuce which I have done on more than one occasion they show you another bag of rotten lettuce. Major issues here.

  After trying all 251 eateries in Vernon, I have been visiting all of them in Armstrong. Subway was my eighth eatery in Armstrong. I had a foot long veggie delite and soda for just over $14 on ghost pepper bread. They were a little light on the toppings despite me asking for all veggies and extra pickles and jalapeños. For some reason they ask what sauce you want before they put on the vegetables. I think this is the only Subway in the world that does this. My sandwich had the familiar Subway taste. I was surprised how many tables and plug in outlets there were for a small town Subway. The customer next to me and I talked about our past experiences of seeing the Blue Jays play in Toronto. It took about seven minutes for my sandwich to be made with one customer in front of me. He bought three sandwiches. Overall I had a good experience with this Subway. Staff was friendly but there was an odd miscommunication at checkout. The store was clean.
