  We stopped at this Subway on our way to Kelowna to grab some food. There were two employees in the store, and one of them was cleaning when we approached the counter to place our order. She told us, “One moment,” and then continued making an online order for around 2 minutes. We waited patiently, but after that, she still did not take our order or acknowledge us. We understand that online orders can be busy, but completely ignoring customers who are standing at the counter is not good customer service. We were travelling and stopped specifically to get something to eat, so this experience was very disappointing. I hope the staff can be more attentive to customers waiting at the counter and provide better service in the future.

  Love the service in this subway the food is always fresh and tasty and the employees are super nice and cooperative and their hygiene is nicely handled as well overall I’ve always had great experience in this subway

  Had a great experience at this location! The food was fresh and delicious, and everything was prepared exactly the way I wanted. The staff was friendly, polite, and provided excellent service. The restaurant was clean and welcoming too. Definitely a great place for a quick and tasty meal. Highly recommend! 🥪😊
