  I had to get these people to try three different times to make my mom’s sandwich. The first time the bread closed in the toaster and the inside was not toasted. I asked her to toast the inside. She tried to put the same bread in not understanding, it would be rock hard. Second time she made the full sandwich after I paid I picked it up. It was rock hard. I suspect she used the same piece of bread, but she said she didn’t. She showed me a piece of bread on the counter, indicating that the bread previously was on the counter. I asked them how a 74-year-old person with dental work could eat a rockhard sandwich. I was told to wait until they finished helping their other customers and then they would remake my mom‘s sandwich. I told them to give me a refund for everything to which then they moved really quickly and They made another one. They said they toasted it, but they left it in for a few seconds. It was barely toasted. My sandwich completely full of way too much sauce, but in all the wrong places, bread was completely soggy. The bread was stale. Mine was untoasted and it was hard. I will never come to the subway again there is a reason I go to the 2 164th St. subway by fountain tire because they treat their customers with respect and they make really good food. My mom’s sandwich in the end when I brought it home to her was completely untoasted, according to her and cold. Drive the extra kilometre or 2 km or whatever it is and go to the decent subway where you know your food is made with care and fresh ingredients like I said, our bread was rock, hard toasted or not toasted with stale and their lettuce looked like it was rancid and brown yet they’re still comfortable serving it to customers.

  I visited on Sunday and was assisted by an incredibly friendly young girl who went above and beyond to help me navigate the app. Her kindness and helpfulness really stood out. I'll definitely be recommending this Subway because of her!
