  Theres this gentleman that works at this location and he is super nice and welcoming. the food was made exactly like i wanted it and made super clean no mess when i opened the food

  Absolutely brutal customer service. Manager called me back to argue with me AGAIN. We were regular customers here until they drenched our sandwiches in sauce and blamed us for it, the manager said he would only remake one of them and it had to be brought back in, even if it’s in a couple days from now. Instead of taking us seriously and just remaking our sandwiches he argued with me on the phone and then called me back to argue with me some more so he could make a point that we “asked for extra sauce” and it was our fault. Instead of remaking a few sandwiches which literally costs them nothing, they lost regular customers. Someone give that man some better management training!
