  The lady was cleaning when we came in. She washed her hands and used new gloves to make our sandwich. I have seen some staffs, not on this location, that i needed to remind them to change their gloves after I see them touching stuffs other than my sandwich. I saw this same staff making other people's sandwiches as well and she maintained only touching things she needed in making their sandwiches, removed her gloves when doing the cash then using new gloves again. I've seen some staffs saving used gloves and reusing them...not good practice. The lady is pleasant as well. It's my first time a Subway staff asked me how was my day, with a smile! Cleanliness in prepping sandwiches...100%!!! I will definitely come back in this location. I will definitely trust Simar in making my sandwich!

  Very disappointing experience. I ordered a Footlong online, but none of my instructions were followed. The sandwich had very little stuffing and almost no sauce, making it extremely dry and difficult to eat. It was so dry that it actually felt like it was sticking in my throat. For the price of a Footlong, I expected much better. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst Subway sandwiches I’ve had.

  Was just in at 520 sept 5th and have to give props to Nav for the great service and awesome job 👏 kudos. I usually dont review fast food places but she deserves it
