  Worst experience ever, very slow staff. I came and want to order and only one people was infront of me they took 20 minutes for one person and there was 3 guys as a staff member. Please go somewhere else if you don’t want to waste your time.

  I went today, had the pork medium burrito which was awesome but the problem was ordering a bottle of Pepsi and being charged a dollar for the bottle deposit. When I questioned it I got attitude and they refused to correct it. I explained that the bottle deposit is 10 cents , why are you charging a dollar

  Hi, I visited at mucho Brito high street mall I ordered chick bowl and Brito with combo ( drink) it says on menu make your meal with $1.50 and got charged 5.45 extra it happened to me 2nd time when they charged extra so please make sure about your invoice before paying carefully then my husband asked for our receipt they said we could not find your invoice because I feel they know very that they charge us extra, food is great but careful about charges..

  I had a very disappointing experience at Mucho Burrito. The food tasted stale and seemed like it had been sitting out for a long time. It definitely did not feel fresh. I asked to add chicken, but the employee added grilled chicken without asking which type I wanted. I actually wanted crispy chicken, and no one confirmed my preference before preparing the order. Later, I was told I would have to pay extra if I wanted it changed, even though the mistake wasn't mine. The service was poor, the staff were unfriendly, and the overall customer experience was disappointing. On top of that, the restaurant appeared unhygienic, which made me even more concerned about the quality of the food. Unfortunately, I won't be returning, and I hope the management improves both food quality and customer service.
