  I recently went in here and was disappointed that this location did not serve the classic Loaded Nachos in the "Old Fashioned" style. I mentioned that I ate frequently at other locations and they do accommodate this, but the server at this location was adamant that they have discontinued. We really like the heated loaded Nachos with cheeze at the other locations, but had no choice to eat the new, cold style Nachos and we were really disappointed. I wonder is it too much work for this location to make this for their customers. Can the management please look into this or is it something I should bring up with MTY Food Group?

  Very disappointing experience at Mucho Burrito. The attitude of both employees was poor and unprofessional, making me feel unwelcome. On top of that, it took an unusually long time to prepare my order, even though the restaurant was not particularly busy. Customer service and efficiency both need significant improvement. I hope management addresses these issues so future customers have a better experience.

  I came in for food with my partner and had a very underwhelming experience. The staff was very friendly and smiling. But they were also very unorganized. The food prep station was quite dirty, and several inserts were empty or cross contaminated with other ingredients and it all looked rather unappetizing. All the hot sauce bottles on display were empty and dry and crusty on the tops of them. The front of house was dirty and several tables were gross looking. The guy helping us was very nice but he ran to the back to fill up a sour cream bottle and I noticed he was scrubbing the bottle with water with his hands in a sink after filling it up and touching stuff in the back but didn’t wash his hands before hopping back on the line and didn’t even dry them off. Then he put his wet hands in the plastic gloves and continued on. That was pretty gross. Then the food we got was just not good like no flavour and the rice was dry and the meat was somehow like super salty? Our two bowls was 30$ no drinks or sides or anything. Not impressed!!
