  Extremely disappointed with the service at this Subway location. I called to place a simple pickup order, but the employee flatly refused to take my order and stated that they "never do that." There was no effort to help, explain alternatives, or provide any level of customer service. This experience left a very negative impression, and because of the poor service I received, I will not be returning to this location. I would recommend management address their customer service standards and ensure staff are properly trained on how to handle customer inquiries.

  We originally stopped going to this location because of the poor food quality and poor service. We had met the lovely new owner at the other location, didn't realize she owned both of them. The renovations mixed with the new ownership have brought us back. We had such a great experience today, everything was amazing! It was the best sub I've had in a while! I also think I prefer the sauces first so thank you for that option! Both the sandwich maker and the owner were amazing today! I'm sorry I didn't grab names but you know who you were! We will definitely be back!

  I have went here 3 times now since the renovation and the new one young worker is making sandwiches so backwards it’s frustrating and she’s saying that how they make the sandwiches now and then argues with you on it and its frustrating no other subway makes the subs completely backwards like that and it’s if you ask for any extras on your sub she doesn’t listen and just rushes you through. I hope this gets fixed because it is extremely frustrating
