  August 16th I went in the drive through at 10:00pm there was a man working he made us sit at the drive through speaker for over 15mins without taking our order , we then pulled up and saw he was making a sandwich for one person the whole time as when we pulled up there was no one there we were the only customer and said person pulled up as he talked to us on the speaker then decided to do the guys sandwich inside instead of our order. Then we left without food . If you can’t run the drive through and inside get more staff.

  We had a problem with the Subway App; how to use it, connecting to a payment card, etc. This store was super helpful. Unfortunately the order went to the Devon Subway store, and the Devon store REFUSED to cancel the order. Westlock Subway helped us out and didn’t make us pay again. It was very much appreciated as we were hungry and short of cash. Thanks so much. And thank you to the staff member who helped us with the Subway App. In no way was it the fault of the staff that Devon refused to cancel the order. We are in our 60s and not so used to technology. Thank you again.

  So I go to grab a bite .tried to order the Italian. To be told there was only 1 meat. As it seemed the first guys english wasn't good. So I ask for the cold cut combo.to be told I could choose 1 meat. I said that dont make sense. He replied rudely you can pick from one of these passing him hands over meats .so you either you have 2 serving public who dont understand English or there trying to rip people of shorting them on meat. My biggest concern is if they dont understand English.i place the order not being in front of them.tell them my allergies yet with poor english they put it on anyway. I eat it 10 mile up the road , my throat closes and I cross the lane into some. Not understanding english is now a concern.
