If customer service was important you would try to make it up to customer's with problems (eg discount, cookies, drinks, etc...). If customer service was important you would have a way to deal with problems not direct them to a website with a virtual assistant. Who asks a lot of questions and can't help or resolve any problem! Be better!

- FFFXSep 2, 20263.0The staff were kind of rude when I was early for my pickup order and asking for some small changes. Did not follow instructions on my order either and when I noticed and asked they were not friendly at all.
