  The entire environment is warm (in a friendly way). Everything from customer service to product expectations is exceptional. I will definitely be coming back!

  I was going to write about what happened here, but unfortunately, just as many other reviews have mentioned, the customer service was extremely disappointing. I was considering posting photos, but I decided not to. I’m here on vacation, and this experience left me feeling really uncomfortable and disappointed. It was truly unfortunate and left a very bad impression. 09/20/2026 afternoons

  Food was generic, employee acted like you were an inconvenience while doing there job. Ordered a salad and couldn’t be bothered to cut any of the vegetables just tossed whole tomatoes and cucumbers in. Won’t be back.

  If i could give this location a negative star I would. 3 pwople behind the counter, about 8 subs across the counter touching eachother, cross contaminating every sub. Not changing gloves between sandwiches and using same gloves to touch receipts and money then touching the subs, placing receipts with ink in sub touching food, the guy making sub had his dirty shirt brushing against the subs, ask for more cheese as he sprinkled it like seasoning and he sprinkled more like seasoning, ignoring customers requests and just overall terrible. So much cross contamination i walked out as i dont want to get sick. I nearly lost my appetite. Went to sobeys and bought a big hougy sub for 13$ and got way more bang for my buck. I will never EVER go back to this subway again. Save your money, your time and your health and pick another place for food. This is not it. Terrible terrible experience
