  My husband ordered two veggie subs today. When the girls were putting the veggies on the buns my husband asks "where is the lettuce". They tell him they are out of lettuce. He says " isn't lettuce important in a veggie sub, it would have been nice to know before you started and I would have gone to a different location". They told him they will have lettuce in tomorrow, that does nothing for any customers today. What an absolute shame. Safeway is in the same parking lot, couldn't one of them walk over and get a few heads to get them through the rest of the day. Instead we are paying full price for an inferior product. What a disappointment.

  I ordered a foot long cold cut combo with double meat and cheese. Did not get double meat but was charged. Soaking in the dressing. The salad barely managed to fill half the bowl. When I picked up my order ther was what looked to be a new person giving attitude to one of the usual ladies I see working there. Very disappointed in my meal this time as I do use this location multiple times a month and is always great. Far from being up to standards this time. I paid good money for things I did not get. The issue can be solved or I can use another location.

  First time I'd been to this location, it was nice and clean as well as very bright. You could tell that the staff actually took their jobs seriously and maintained the store.
