I ordered online, went to pick up. I told the girl I have a mobile order at the speaker. She said something and it was muffled. I said pardon and then waited forever for a response (and its pouring rain today). She finally said go to the window. I wait in the line and finally get to the window and she tells me a total that was different than online. So I proceeded to tell her I have the mobile order. She asked if it was kfc I said no it's taco bell. She said they don't have it and she can't do anything. I showed her my phone and she said we don't have online I can't help you. So I'm thinking taco bell was removed from this location, but no that's not the case. I went an parked and my boyfriend went in to order because she didn't offer to resolve the issue by taking my order at any point (speaker or window). She couldn't understand him so he showed her the phone order to copy. The order was $5.04 more and she proceeded to tell him it's because it wasn't pre-ordered with the app. He said we tried to pre-order and you just told us we couldn't. She walked away without giving both drink cups so my boyfriend said excuse me there's 2 drinks. She looked at him and proceeded somethjng away from the till before coming over and throwing the 2nd cup on the counter. Horrible customer service over all from start to finish. Tried to email my complaint and there was error 4 seperate times. And the food was soggy , hardly any meat even the one we paid for extra meat.

Food was standard.
Service very slow. Witnessed multiple people (including myself) return to the counter because of missing items in their order. The same counter that was already very slow the first time they were there...

Things have really turned around at this location, I am impressed. Used to drive thru and then be parked for 30 minutes+ but those wait times have been drastically reduced. Well done and keep it up.

My Supreme taco had no sour cream and a teaspoon of meat. It also had mainly white lettuce.
My fries Supreme again maybe a tablespoon of meat and the meat was crunchy hard.
My granddaughters Naco Supreme again a tablespoon of meat and the nacos were soggy and stale. I haven't been to Taco Bell in years and I won't go again. Extremely disappointed. I will call the store.

Just moved from MB and I have to say this is the worst Taco Bell I’ve been to. Got a beef soft taco and it’s like I was only eating the tortilla, there was next to nothing in it. Same with the crunch wrap supreme, nearly nothing in it and they forgot tomato’s, and sour cream. The nacho fries had next to no seasoning on them.
Star of the show is the nacho cheese was curdled, runny, and on the verge of being moldy. When I brought the nacho cheese back in they tried to put it back to serve to someone else but eventually convinced them to throw it out. Wouldn’t give me a refund or even replacement when I told them everything else.
Cherry on top is When I brought it back inside the worker was sitting on the counter in the back where the food is prepared.
I would give this no stars if possible
