  Don’t get me wrong, this location has really good customer service. However, the past few weeks I’ve been noticing a decline, specifically when that heavier girl is working. She always has an attitude, is very rude to me whenever I come in & mind you, i don’t know this girl. The attitude problem gets worse when she’s working with that white girl. I’ve witnessed them rush people out, be rude to others as well, & overall portray a very negative attitude towards customers. They will gossip out loud with one another, & are more engrossed in their conversation than they are helping customers. My final straw was yesterday evening, I went in & the larger girl proceeded to throw my sub down on the counter without any reason. I understand some people have bad days but there’s no need to take it out on customers. When I got home I checked my sub & my poor bread was squished😭. That’s not what I paid for, I always try my best to avoid unnecessary conflict so I didn’t say anything to her in the moment. Nonetheless it was worth mentioning. I really hope management could take a deeper look into it instead of letting it slide. That’s poor customer service, & truly something no one deserves to experience. I’m not discouraging anyone from coming here because the other workers are really amazing & make great sandwiches! But today was the straw that broke the camel’s back.   More things missing off their menu than on it. No Pepsi, no meatballs, no soup, bread choice of white, brown and ghost pepper only. Had to repeat myself several times, music as loud as some bars need to scream overtop.

  The food was fresh and tasted really good. The girls working there were very friendly, welcoming, and provided excellent customer service. Highly recommend this location!
