  Tried stopping for a quick bite around 4:30 today and store was closed. Went back before 10PM and light was still off but people inside. Not sure if that’s meant to be a tactic to deter customers. Hours posted (8-10:30)

  Don’t get me wrong, this location has really good customer service. However, the past few weeks I’ve been noticing a decline, specifically when that heavier girl is working. She always has an attitude, is very rude to me whenever I come in & mind you, i don’t know this girl. The attitude problem gets worse when she’s working with that white girl. I’ve witnessed them rush people out, be rude to others as well, & overall portray a very negative attitude towards customers. They will gossip out loud with one another, & are more engrossed in their conversation than they are helping customers. My final straw was yesterday evening, I went in & the larger girl proceeded to throw my sub down on the counter without any reason. I understand some people have bad days but there’s no need to take it out on customers. When I got home I checked my sub & my poor bread was squished😭. That’s not what I paid for, I always try my best to avoid unnecessary conflict so I didn’t say anything to her in the moment. Nonetheless it was worth mentioning. I really hope management could take a deeper look into it instead of letting it slide. That’s poor customer service, & truly something no one deserves to experience. I’m not discouraging anyone from coming here because the other workers are really amazing & make great sandwiches! But today was the straw that broke the camel’s back. Thank you to anyone who took the time to read my review😊
