  We went to this Subway on Sunday, June 7th at approximately 11:30 AM. The staff working were incredibly friendly, but it really was their craftsmanship that stood out. The ingredients were distributed evenly across the whole sandwich - end to end! Unheard of at most subways nowadays. I requested a light toasting on my sandwich, and that’s what I got. Truly amazing service by the two individuals working at that time. Best subway in town.

  I visited this place 3 times in a row, and they still manage to carry the same amount of service, authentic food and outstanding greetings even though the store is always busy but the staff is crazy fast. Keep the good work

  Me my children ate at Subway 8005 Emerald Dr #450, Sherwood Park, AB T8A 3H9 at 7pm May 19 2026. I was the first to get sick later on that evening at Subway 8005 Emerald Dr #450, Sherwood Park, AB T8A 3H9. As an adult, my body can handle food poisoning symptoms i have had it in the passed. Unfortunately my nine year old is in a very bad condition of food poisoning/ Salmonella, a bacterium 6 hours to 6 days.. My youngest was up at 1 am in the morning May 20 2026 vomiting. Hours after eating their product. I took her to the walk and clinic this morning which was verified she has food poisoning/ Salmonella, a bacterium6 . She's not getting better, and now I have to take her to the hospital to urgent care. I try calling to let them know that their product is spoiled. The young female argued with me and told me that i'm not allowed to talk or know who the supervisor is or the owner is to contact regarding this crucial situation. I'm trying to avoid anyone else getting sick and no one is helping me at this location ? This is not acceptable. These measures should be taken to the fullest. Especially when a young child is involved and very ill. Food safety is a must, and quite frankly. The service is not great either. There's a young gentleman that has a bad attitude and staff that do not wanna help their customers, especially when a young child is ill. I don't believe that they're taking care of the food prep very kindly due to the illness of my child and myself. Please take the extra time and go somewhere else. So this doesn't happen again.

  Came here and got a footlong and a sub, afterwards I started to feel nauseous so did my family, now my younger sister is Ill and has been throwing up all day, we went to the clinic and found out it's Salmonella poisioning but this is not okay. If you are the owner please reach out to me. Update: we called and complained, had no call back from anyone, I'm waiting for an email from them so we can deal with this civilly but this is honestly unacceptable, if you plan on going here PLEASE DON'T we don't need anyone else sick!
