  I placed an online order, and Subway seems to really cheap out on the amount of toppings they give you. My sandwich seemed pretty bare compared to ordering the same thing a few years ago. You’re probably better off ordering in person so you can actually see what they’re putting on and ask for more toppings. When I did go to order inside, the customer service didn’t make it any better. The lady was rude and made me feel extremely rushed, even though I was the only customer there. There wasn’t even a simple “Hi, how are you?” or any attempt to be friendly. It felt like I was an inconvenience just for being there. For the price you pay, you’d expect a decent amount of toppings and at least basic customer service. Overall, pretty disappointing.

  Really bad experience with the customer service. The lady serving us had a very rude and unprofessional attitude. I felt uncomfortable with the way we were treated. I definitely don’t want to go back to this place again.

  They put lettuce when I said no lettuce. I asked for green pepper, there were 3 pieces. I asked for regular house sauce. It was SOAKED. I couldn’t eat it it was disgusting! Also took 30 minutes on a Sunday late afternoon when I live less than a km away. I’m sick that’s why I got delivery. I’m broke too so there goes my little treat to myself to try to feel better. Don’t even try to talk to someone about it. According to their app the store doesn’t exist and the site is being worked on. Never go there. By the way, thanks to the store for Not stepping up to make it right. At first they made a comment for me to contact them on their site. Someone must have clued them in to site having nowhere to go Because they’ve deleted their comment. Just terrible business owner. On the plus side, burgers etc and bar burrito are nearby and they are fabulous!
