  Placed an online order at 730AM for an 11AM pick up. Arrived and my order was not ready waited for another 15 minutes and my order wasn’t even started. There was one employee, 5 people in line, plus 5 additional online orders. I asked the employee if she had my order and she apologized that she hadn’t started it yet and said the manager would be there in 10 minutes. I couldn’t wait as I needed to get my kids their lunch by 11:30am. I felt bad for the employee. I have been trying to reach subway for a refund for my 4.5 sandwiches I never received. I have tried calling the store (that no one answers), using the app (which lets you file a complaint and says they are sharing with the manager) and calling head office! No answers! This is unacceptable practices

  I recently visited Subway and had a very positive experience from start to finish. As someone who enjoys fresh and customizable meals, Subway continues to be one of my favorite places for a quick and satisfying bite. A clean environment always leaves a good first impression, and Subway certainly delivered in that regard. The staff members were friendly, welcoming, and professional. Even though there were several customers in line, the employees remained patient and attentive. They greeted customers with a smile and took the time to prepare each order carefully. Good customer service can make a huge difference in a dining experience, and the team at this location did an excellent job. One of the things I appreciate most about Subway is the ability to customize every sandwich exactly the way I like it. There was a wide selection of fresh vegetables available, including lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, green peppers, and more. Everything looked fresh and appetizing. The bread selection was also excellent, and it was baked perfectly. I ordered a footlong sandwich with a variety of vegetables and sauces. The sandwich was prepared neatly and generously. Every ingredient tasted fresh, and the flavors blended together perfectly. The bread was soft on the inside with a pleasant texture, while the vegetables added a refreshing crunch. The portion size was satisfying and provided great value for the money. What sets Subway apart from many other fast-food restaurants is the healthier range of options available.
