  To the chubby guy with glasses at taco beep went to get beef and cheese burrito and they gave me no meat and way to much cheese not impressed then started calling my friends a little sissy girl because he asked him to remake his crunch wrap as he put tomato’s on it and he’s allergic to tomato’s then started cussing us out and told us to never come back not impressed don’t recommend going there

  I ordered two Cheesy Bean & Rice Burritos at 8pm on June 09, 2026. I asked for extra hot sauce and I received extra hot sauce. Please promote this person to Manager.

  Resteraunt was clean but we waited 45 minutes for 80$ worth of fast food. Lol. Not worth it. Would never do again. Not here. Something is broken in the process here. Also watched people ordering behind us wait just as long ... People in driveup window also Sat forever. Looked like 3-4 people in the kitchen. Can't understand the delay reasons.

  Recently moved here thought i'd give the one taco bell in the city a try. Service was extremely slow (15-20 mins wait). The handling of customers who were rightfully upset with the wait was abysmal. Food was not even fresh after the astronomical wait times. I'm not sure what went wrong today but defiently left an awful first impression for a place that should have they're things together. Very disappointing

  I went yesterday and ordered 2 double Crunchwrap for my step kids. To their disappointment they got Doritos tacos. Something they didn’t even order. The restaurant wasn’t busy neither was the drive through. I paid more for an item I did not receive. I would rather drive to Calgary or Edmonton cause I know they’ll get my order right versus coming somewhere that’s in my own hometown and that should speak volumes for itself, amazed yall are even open as I doubt I’ll get a response for this
