  I came at this joint yesterday. Extremely disappointing experience at Subway. The food quality was poor, and the overall preparation looked unhygienic. The guy name Shivam was not wearing gloves while handling food, which was very concerning and made the entire experience feel unsanitary. On top of that, his behavior toward female customers was rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. The attitude from staff was completely unacceptable, and the combination of poor food quality, questionable hygiene, and bad customer service made this visit a terrible experience. Subway should seriously look into the food-handling practices and staff behavior at this location. Customers deserve basic cleanliness, decent food, and respectful treatment. I definitely would not recommend this location based on my experience.

  The staff could barely speak or understand English and were getting visibly frustrated with us asking questions and trying to use coupons. Ordering was very, very difficult. Every table was dirty so we asked if we could have a cloth to clean one. A staff member did come out to clean some tables. The problem was that she used the same cloth to wipe all the seats and all of the table tops. This location used to be great, but this was the worst experience I have ever had here.

  I'm not impressed. I paid for my 2 subs , a pop, cookies and a bag of chips. The service was great until I tapped my card for $27.89 , it never completed. The women said I had to tap again . At no time did I touch the keyboard and apparently I gave her a $4.18 tip. Her response was not very professional at all. Who gives a $4.18 tip for a sub. I feel ripped off and never will I go there again.. If she does this to every customer she is making a killing ripping off her customers.

  Went into the store to order lunch and there were no other customers, yet there were three employees behind the counter. Not a single person acknowledged me, made eye contact, or offered assistance. After waiting 10 minutes without any recognition, I walked out. Customer service starts with a simple greeting, and it's disappointing that no effort was made to assist a customer who was ready to place an order. I'm not sure why the store is open for walk-in business if staff are unwilling to serve customers.
