  Jesus man, what is happening?? This place was legit incredible, with high quality food AND services. However, as soon as some new owners come around, all of a sudden the overall quality of the place goes DOWN. There’s an astonishing lack of meats for a subway, considering we went in today and there was no ham, bacon, teriyaki chicken AND steak. Another time, when ordering a sandwich, I had to wait almost ten minutes for LETTUCE. Only for them to come back with a batch of lettuce that was visibly browning. Not to mention almost EVERY employee there is now in training, meaning little to no seasoned vets on the job are there to support them. Please, Subway. You were legit the town jewel for fast food, and we really don’t want to lose that :(

  Sub was soggy and did not taste good. The cucumbers tasted like melted plastic. The girl making it did not listen to instructions nor did she make it correctly nor could she even wrap it right (mashed the sub together trying to wrap it as seen by the mess in picture 3). Not that hard of a job. Won't be returning It was also very messy in the back. Dirty dishes stacked everywhere

  Subway… what is going on ….4:45 on a Saturday night- 4 staff. I gave my order for each sub…ex- 6 in ham on Italian herb & cheese… each time .. I had to repeat multiple times because they forgot what I ordered. The way that the subs are made now, just don’t work. Also asked for 6 cookies. Only got five. Had to go back in and tell them they couldn’t count. It was painful- 4 x 6inch subs took 15 minutes. Get it together guys, I felt like they were stoned and the joke was on me

  The new staff are absolute dog shit… the one guy, older with glasses, can even understand what’s being said first of all and second of all squishes your entire sandwich. They barely put enough meat on to be a footlong. And then the guy I was just mentioning shoved his finger into the end of my sandwich putting the wrapper on. Absolutely terrible and if the new people are working there I don’t suggest going… keep in mind I usually go to this subway numerous times a month and have hardly ever had bad experiences.

  I am truly amazed that the cleanliness of this subway is absolutely horrible, and that I actually order food here. The ceiling tiles are gross, the tables are never washed, the child high chair...filthy. Windows, ledges, floors very dirty. Pop machine drip tray, coffee drip tray so caked on like never, ever washed..I asked to have our table cleaned and the worker just wet a hand towel to wipe it. I mentioned the other tables needed a good wipe, that was ignored. The glove changing between sub making and the till handling money, needs to much improved. I love the convenience of having a subway...so please, please clean up the establishment, and teach your workers the art of cleanliness.
