  First, I really enjoyed ordering from here quite frequently. The staff I encountered were always friendly and upbeat, with a smile. One of the last few times I ordered, I was missing an item but had gotten charged for it...they were quick to apologize and gave me the item that was missing…no big deal. I usually order from them through my app, which is convenient and I will always throw in a tip to show appreciation..however, the last time I ordered..my husband went to pick up my order…he said as he walked in, there was two older ladies behind the counter that were just staring at him..didn’t greet him, no smile, no hello…and when he had let them know he was picking up my order, one of the ladies behind the counter just shrugged her shoulders at him and didn’t say a word. Just FYI, if you want customers to return, I suggest being a little more friendly when they walk in. I can’t help but wonder if it’s because I didn’t leave a tip that time because of the mess up before…please do better and treat your customers with some value..thanks.

  The workers don’t have any care to be there. They don’t follow any protocol of other subway locations. Bunch of random charges and they put whatever they feel like putting on your sub Will just drive to macklin next time

  This place is awful if you try to order over the phone. 2 separate occasions, 2 identical responses. Why don’t you order online? What the hell, I am on the phone with you, just write it down. Since they will not take orders over the phone, I will never go back. Highly recommend the pub down the street. At least they take voice orders

  If I could post a pic I would I have never been this disappointed in a salad from subway until today.. like seriously it was less than half of the bowl that they give you. Normally its full.
