  Ive been here so many times and honestly half the time I come here my order is wrong. Multiple times I have ordered that Cantina chicken, soft tacos and they’ll give me my bag and it’ll be the chicken hard taco or not even a chicken taco, on top of that every time I go there it at least takes 15 minutes for my food. Multiple times I’ve had to wait over 25 minutes. The food is always good however, the service is very poor.

  After waiting 30 minutes for our food we asked for a refund so we could go elsewhere, they refused and demanded we wait for the food. After another 30 minutes! That's 1 hour total! They finally got us our food and even then forgot my drink. Please do not support this business!

  Bring a lunch your going to need it while you wait 40 min it took them to make my order between all the yelling in a foreign language in the kitchen it sounded like there was more fighting than cooking going on not sure why I keep coming here I guess I like the abuse and poor service

  So first of all, not sure how this placed isn’t closed down it’s absolutely horrible. I called before I went to make sure they had nacho fries as last time i came they didn’t, they go “yes we have nacho fries all day everyday”. 🤡 So i go order, accidentally order fry supreme and tell the lady I meant to order nacho fries , she goes “oh well they’re already making it” MIND YOU they weren’t making it, and i had asked like 10 seconds after my order was in. My order comes out like 7 minutes later…?? so i order nacho fries seperately. AND this isn’t even the worst of it. Get this, they give us fry supremes and it’s not even nacho fries. The nacho fries? Not even nacho fries, it’s normal fries???. Also, ordered cinnamon twists. And guess what? NO CINNAMON ON THEM! I didn’t even bother complaining in person because the lady is so ignorant and can’t change an order that takes 5 seconds. ALSO. they give us the nacho fry supreme no tomatoes. I’m literally so stunned at how this place is in business. Do not take your business here genuinely go anywhere else because I guarantee by all the reviews in here they WILL in fact get your order wrong, and refuse to change it when the meals are like $30-40 for 2. (Btw the fry supreme charged was an extra $10)…
