  I used to come to mucho weekly when it was the old owner. The old staff was pleasant and friendly. The restaurant was always clean and well stocked. But now, it's very different. My last 2 burritos have been sub par at best. The rice is undercooked and hard. Fajita veggies are burnt. And they barely put any of the toppings on, a small pinch if even that. The restaurant itself is dirty. The cooking area is dirty with black who knows what on the walls and the dining area always has food on floors and dirty tables. The old owner kept a much better store. Very disappointed and will now be trying other burrito places in town. Such a shame since I enjoyed coming to mucho for so many years.

  I went there once with the new owners and it was a horrible experience. The way they make their burritos now is disgusting. I don't want to see you mush my food up into a pile of mush on my tortilla. I waited awhile to try them again. Today it was an even worse experience. The restaurant is VERY dirty. Black walls, the ceiling above the line is black and disgusting, behind the line was extremely dirty too. The restaurant was empty and everything was dirty, even all the tables. The employee tried to make my food on dirty trays, all the meat pans were open with no lids on them. He went to mush my burrito up again and I politely asked him not to mush it. He said that's how they do it now and I said I would prefer my toppings not be mushed together. Seriously if I want the insides of my burrito to look like they came out of a blender, I would request them to be put through a blender first. We brought our burritos home and they taste like they were in a fridge. Nothing warm in them at all. No more chances after this. I can get a better burrito at Bar Burrito or Guac Mexi Grill. I also left my phone number with the employee that served me. I asked him to give it to a manager or owner. I have not received a call. I am not sure if it was even passed on.
