  Been a few years since the last time I went here, man this place has gone downhill in a big way. When I arrived, there were no other customers, yet it still took around 5 minutes for someone to take my order, and there were 2 and eventually 3 staff members sitting around on break it seemed audibly listening to their phones. Not a single table was clean, the floor and drink area were sticky and gross, and the man who took my order seemed almost annoyed by my family being there to order food to eat in. I will say that the food was alright enough considering it’s not exactly a high end dining restaurant. But everything else made me very disappointed. Probably wont be coming back.

  I get it’s not going to look like the picture but come on… like there’s no beef it’s soggy and just over all nasty do better.

  Service takes a very long time. Even if you order ahead online they don't start your order until you get there. I came to pickup and there was no other customers but it still took 10+ minutes to get my food that I ordered online over 30 minutes prior at this point. There is also often no one at the register and no way for them to see you from the kitchen so you can be waiting for quite a while to order. Additionally the floor is always, and I mean with out fail, incredibly sticky. It as if every time a drink is poured another full drink is poured out on the floor and left to dry. I don't think you could make a more consistently nasty floor if you tried. The only reason I come here is because it is the only taco bell south of Calgary. If they opened a taco bell in Fort MacLeod I would rather make that drive than come here. Food is fine, but the experience is awful.

  Had to ask to get tables clean. Chicken was not cooked showed them they then gave it a second time still not cooked. Mentioned it should second time said they would fix it waited for 30 minutes my son and granddaughters where done and we left. The restaurant was filthy. We will never return and hope others yo do the same
