  Slow service for not having anyone in the dining area (I understand this location has a drive-thru). Staff will walk past you four times without acknowledging that you’re waiting to order. Tables are dirty, I had to wipe food off my chair before I could sit down. The food is good, but the service could easily be improved. Even a simple, “Hi, thanks for coming in! We’ll take your order as soon as we can” would go a long way to improving the experience.

  My husband went to pick up takeout for the 3 of us, got all the way home and my sons almost seventeen dollar meal was not in the bag. Now he has to drive back over to go get it by which time all of our food will be cold.

  Horrible customer service the girl at the counter was so rude and grumpy I told her Hi how are you she didn't answer me so I asked her again how are you she said she's too busy to answer me this is how you talk to customers give me a break. I would never go back to the store
