  Love how fresh their veggies and how amazing service they provide. It is one of my favourite subway location to get my sub from. Their customer service is great. Krupa is especially very sweet and polite. Highly recommend this place!

  Not sure what it is with the places of business in this corner of Sunridge. This Subway is SLOW, order at least 30 minutes before you plan on picking up. Have been to this location twice in the last week, first time we walked out. The App wouldn’t work and we just were not willing to wait a half hour. The second time we did get the app to work, ordered pickup for 4:15pm, at 4:45pm our order was ready but made wrong. In the meantime several people who were waiting had become frustrated and left. Having severely less than adequate staff and no Supervisor is not customer service. I have reported this to Subway (not that they will care, their access to customer service is another story).

  My sister and I were waiting in the line, some few people came later on and the subway worker took their order first and so we decided to let it go and minutes later, another customer walks in and she again took his order first and therefore, we left. It's extremely disrespectful as we stood there first and wasted almost 20 minutes of our time.

  I just noticed that the subway workers are using the same gloves when working with non-veg items to pick up veggies. This affects us vegetarians and also affects people who are strictly bound by religion.
