  Oh so bad!! The bun was half the size (width) as normal; it makes my water look big! Veggies were old, the chicken didn’t taste right, and the sauce was not normal. It was wrong all over. I only made it 3 bites before having to throw it away. What a waste! :(

  I visited on Saturday around 10:35 a.m., and unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience. There was a guy working there who was quite rude and was speaking unclearly while serving me. When I asked for onions, he just stared at me instead of responding politely. The food also had a very bad taste, and I was not satisfied with the quality. I usually do not like leaving negative reviews, but I feel this experience should be addressed. Please provide proper training to the staff member, especially regarding customer service and kitchen food preparation. We are paying for our food, so we expect good service and good-quality food. I also visited again today around 3:00 p.m. There was an Indian guy working there, but I don’t know his name. He always provides great service and is very polite and friendly. I really appreciate his customer service and wanted to give him a positive mention as well.

  Would skip this location. Used to be alright but the quality and consistency is not there at all. Did a mobile order, picked it up on time and could barely eat it. So much liquid from I’m not sure what - I always get the same sauces and don’t have this issue. Veggies didn’t seem very fresh, onion peel in the food. Bread was so soggy I had to stop eating it. When I picked it up, the guy working was rude aswell and did not have good customer service.

  Very disappointing experience. The guy working there was rude and had a poor attitude. Instead of properly preparing the food, he was basically throwing the ingredients around while making it. The service felt disrespectful and unprofessional. Definitely not the kind of experience I expect when paying for food Even more concerning, some of the products appeared to be expired, and the lettuce was clearly not fresh . This is a serious food-safety concern

  Came in on Labour Day holiday driving through town. Had a good app offer but when I tried to set it up it said the store was closed...like every location I checked was closed! The girl there was by herself and did an amazing job. Even called her manager and matched the app deal. She was attentive to details, friendly, and all with a smile. Didn't catch her name but did tip (a first in a fast food outlet for me) but if the owners are reading this you need to keep this employee! It was your 3705 MM Drive location. The store and staff member gets a 5, the Subway app gets a 0 for telling customers looking for their sub that all the locations were closed!
