  I went to this Subway for my lunch because my manager was covering the cost and I needed the receipt later for reimbursement. Unfortunately, I forgot to take it before leaving the counter. I immediately asked the cashier if I could have it, but he refused and said he couldn’t because there was a lineup—even though there were only three customers in the store. Since I really needed the receipt, I found it in the garbage and tried to take it, but he told me I couldn’t do that either. I honestly don’t understand the logic behind that. If he had simply handed me the receipt when I asked, this whole situation could have been avoided. Very disappointing customer service. The issue wasn’t the receipt itself, but the rude attitude and unwillingness to help with a simple request. Worst customer service experience I’ve had.

  Shar is so friendly and helpful. She’s polite and engaged in anywhere and you would not think that but coming to Subway is nicer because she works there. What a friendly person.

  I went there to order food. But the girl (avneet) over there didn’t even come outside from staff area for almost 10 minutes (must be busy using phone ) . When she came outside , she was being very rude and i stepped outside even without placing any order. Won’t recommend going there if such kind of customer service is provided🤮🤢

  There is a large poster on the window advertising meal of the day $7.99. Different sub for each day of the week and includes regular drink and your choice of 2 cookies or a bag of chips. I ordered 2 of the daily specials. The girl made the sandwiches wrapped them and took them to the register so I told her I wanted one of the specials with the chips and one with cookies. She told me they aren’t doing the special. I said it’s right there in the window and also playing on the digital board on the wall. She said nope not doing it. What a rip off!!! If you’re not offering the special then take the poster down or put up a sign or maybe even tell a person when they say they’re ordering the special. Don’t go here!!
