  My absolute favorite place for a burrito. Always made exactly how I like it, fresh and so delicious. The restaurant is clean and welcoming. While all the staff have been good to me, I had Smit tonight and his customer experience was next level. He was friendly and it really seemed like he enjoyed his job.

  I had a great experience at Mucho Burrito thanks to Smit. He was friendly, professional, and provided excellent customer service from start to finish. He took the time to make sure my order was prepared exactly the way I wanted it and did so with a positive attitude.

  I tried muchos burrito today for the first time and I was fortunate enough to be served by a guy named Smith who provied amazing customer service and helped make a perfect burrito according to my preferences and as an indecisive person I was pleased with the way it came out everything about it was so yummy I've tried other places but muchos is definitely my new favorite the proportion too price ratio is satisfactory and the selection of toppings sauce and authentic Mexican drinks were good. big thank you too Smith for making my first experience a wonderful one so nice too come into a place and be served by someone with a positive attitude

  I'm giving this mucho burrito location a 3 star for being the most wildly inconsistent joint I've ever gotten food from. Sometimes, it's pretty good, never exceptional, but good. That's about what someone should expect. Good balance of ingredients, nice and hot, good meat portions, with a tortilla that has a nice golden brown crisp to the outside Then, sometimes you'll get an experience like I've had a few times, including today (June 7, around 8:20 PM). My burrito was stone cold the whole way through, which is a little concerning seeing as the ground beef I ordered on it was so overcooked it literally crunched as I chewed it. Have gotten better (and far cheaper) burritos from taco time, so take that for what you will. And it isn't the first time this has happened I have to chalk it up to inconsistencies in the training practices at this location. Because someone training employees here certainly doesn't put effort into figuring out if the new hires have ever cooked a single meal for themselves in their lives, let alone teaching them how to cook food for their business. I ate my burrito, because I payed for it, but my partner threw hers out. I don't blame her
