  Honestly wasn't planning on leaving a review for a Subway, but figured I'd mention it since it's been consistently solid lately. New manager since June and you can tell — sandwiches are made properly, ingredients are fresh, place is clean, staff seem like they actually want to be there. None of it's flashy, just done right every time, which counts for something when you're grabbing food between shifts and don't have time to be disappointed. If you're around 67th, worth a stop.

  Chronically short staffed (1 person working). All inside customers served before drive through. Takes FOREVER.

  The one serving my order didnt get my instructions fully. I asked what the special of the day is and took it. Instead of charging for that, she charged me regular price. On top of that, when I stated I wanted garlic sauce, she placed BBQ instead and proceeded to add the garlic after I argued to just leave it as it is. English is not her first language.

  March 28, 2026: ~9:30pm: I discovered i had a $50 subway gift card the other day so decided to treat myself to door dashed subway. No issues with doordash or the driver however my sandwhich was made incorrectly. Simple mistakes but my bread wasn’t toasted, and there was no cheese despite asking for extra (and paying that surcharge). No big deal, reach out to customer service and am told my sandwhich was made correctly? Obviously it wasn’t or i wouldn’t have wasted my time to complain. Mistakes happen but the lack of ownership, and taking zero actions to apologize or rectify the situation was astonishing. Probably the worst customer service i’ve ever experienced. If i go to subway again, I will go to one under different management. Do not recommend.
