  We arrived at approximately 9:30 p.m. and asked what time the store closed. We were told 10:00 p.m., so we assumed we had plenty of time to place our order. We ordered five footlongs for under $10 each. Two of them were very simple and plain, while the other three were all the same. The staff member seemed to be rushing quite a bit throughout the process. When we got to the sauces, we politely asked if they could add a little more of each. We felt that the request was not well received, and the additional sauce was added with what felt like an attitude. Overall, we just didn't feel very welcomed and felt as though we were a burden or an inconvenience to the staff. We understand that 9:30 p.m. may be getting close to closing time, and perhaps placing an order of this size that late wasn't ideal. However, we were out of the store within about 10 minutes, and we had specifically asked about the closing time before ordering. We just wanted to share our experience because the interaction left us feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. I'm happy they labeled our sandwiches!

  I had a wonderful experience at Subway thanks to May. She was incredibly friendly, patient, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. She prepared my order carefully, made sure everything was just the way I wanted, and provided excellent customer service with a smile.
