  I am extremely disappointed with my order and will not be ordering from this restaurant again. I ordered a Veggie patty sub, but it didn't even have the veggie patty in it. Instead, I found a piece of chicken inside. This is completely unacceptable, especially for someone who orders vegetarian food. I called the restaurant the first time to let them know the veggie patty was missing, but they insisted that it was made correctly, as if I was making it up. Why would I complain if there wasn't actually a problem? When I called again to report that I had found chicken in my vegetarian subway, no one answered my calls. This shows a serious lack of quality control and food safety. Mixing chicken into a vegetarian order is a major mistake and could be a serious issue for customers with dietary or religious restrictions. I expected much better service and hygiene standards.

  I like the food, always meet my expectations, what my concern is the pop drinks are tasted chlorine, first i drink iced tea, then the orange drink, then i tried the Pepsi regular just a sip for all and the chlorine taste so powerful. Did you guys used filters or directly tap water for your pop drinks.
