  I was told I could not substitute rice for the fries in my burrito. Like I’m pretty sure rice is cheaper than fries anyway. Not only that but they were extremely rude and slammed my food down on the counter when it came. I have never had a worse experience at a fast food restaurant. And the place is dirty. Don’t eat here

  Place is a complete joke No matter what time of day you go there drive thru just cant make traffic flow and orders go out Always ask you to wait a moment,and if theres like 2-3 cars infront of you the are completely lost with the orders

  Rude worker at the till tried to rush my order didn’t let my sister order just cut us off and tried to make us pay when we wasn’t done talking and like i’m standing in line someone comes and cuts right infront of us and the staff just serves her like i was patiently waiting for somehow

  Never heard of any other taco bell charging 5-6 dollars to supreme your fries and 1 dollar drink refills. Watta joke

  Take that tall young philipino off the drive through window. She seriously lacks customer service. She looks bothered every time she works. Zero smile. Never asks what sauce you want and so you have to ask her, and then you have to park and go inside to get it because she never puts it in the bag. And every single time she gets the order wrong. I ask for a chicken quesadilla extra toasted and I get it with the cheese not even melted and raw and not even properly cut so when trying to rip it apartbit just flies bits of raw cold cheese all over the car. And a dorito taco supreme... no sour cream so clearly not supreme. Every time. Shes aweful
