  I've gone a few times over the last few months and I've watched the crew get slower and slower. This last time I was the only person in there and I swear the crew member with my sandwich could not have moved any slower if you chopped her limbs off. In addition they have gotten legendarily stingie with the veggies. I had to ask for more of a certain vegetable on 4 occasions on the one sandwich because asking for peppers I guess mean counting out 8 of them and SLOWLY placing them in a very liberally spaced line. Remember when a basic footlocker was $5? Damn near 20 now... oh and you don't get a tray when you eat in anymore either.

  I ordered drive thru and the cashier Alex was amazing! He was very supportive funny charming and all around amazing for the customer he helped me sign up for the rewards and any questions he took his time and explained thin in big detail

  Visited late at night for a pickup order and unfortunately had a disappointing experience overall. The app was not allowing me to proceed with using my rewards, so I called the store and the staff asked me to come through the drive-thru so they could try to help. The employees were polite and clearly dealing with a rush, so I appreciate their effort. However, the food quality was not good. One of the sandwich breads was extremely hard and difficult to bite, which made it feel old or stale. I also paid extra for additional cheese on one sandwich and there was no extra cheese added at all. After already not being able to use rewards, paying extra and still not receiving what was ordered was frustrating. The staff were respectful, but the food quality and order accuracy were disappointing.
