  Has to be the worst Subway in Alberta. The males that work there are ignorant. Anytime I go there they are always out of items and sauces. Their Flatbread is undercooked and tastes like raw dough. After giving them once last chance today I will never go to this Subway EVER again leaving this review for those out there that is looking to be informed on if this place is worth their time or not as this place gives no care to what people think and have no interest in changing or making their customers happy and enjoy their experience. Would leave zero stars but stupid google reviews force you to give a place at least one star

  The language barrier is always a problem. You order or ask for something but you need to bring crayons and playdough to make them understand English

  I’m giving this branch a five star because of Louis! He was so welcoming and pleasant. I came here yesterday to pick up my sub that I ordered thru mobile app but i got done with my errands early so I came to subway a bit early and it was perfect coz Louis was just about to make my sub. I like it when they make my sandwich the way I want and that’s what he did but what got me amazed the most is how clever and smart his idea with putting the sauce first before the veggies!! I think that was so smart coz every time i order a sandwich, the sauce always drips and it makes a big mess so yesterday was the first time I actually really enjoyed my sub. I told him it was so smart how he thought of putting the sauce first before the veggies and you can tell he loves what he does and enjoys working here. He’s very friendly and polite 😊 yes, definitely worth writing my reviews about him! Thanks Louis for being so welcoming and friendly

  I feel like I'm leaving this review for no one, because the employees can't read my order correctly, so how could they possibly read a review? Time after time, you butcher our order, essentially no sauce, entirely missing ingredients; all overpriced and disappointing. Cut your losses, go to A&W or DQ. This location can't make a sub correctly, they can't even read.

  Great service at Subway! 👏 Since the new manager, Luis, arrived, there has been a noticeable improvement in the service. The team is friendly, professional, and much more efficient. Great atmosphere and excellent customer service. Congratulations to Luis and the whole team for the great work! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
