  Love tacobell but the soft taco supreme was made pretty smal and thel tables need to be clean up a bit better and 2 garbages over flowing ut was busy maybe they didn't get to it before we got there. Fix thos things and will give 5stars across the board.

  Other than the 15 minute wait that I could have gone to the one in Ellerslie for (which is so much faster at preparing your food) and the fact that my boyfriend's Crunchwrap had nacho cheese only on one side, it's only okay

  I ordered take out today at 5:12 pm and i asked the employee prabhpreet to add tomatoes on my cheesy gordita crunch taco and i got absolutly NO tomatoes at all and i checked the receipt and it did not say add tomatoes on it because when it says add tomatoes on the receipt it tells the cooks to put tomatoes on the taco. I'm really upset that i didn't get tomatoes on my taco!

  We came to get seven layer burritos that were non-dairy so we asked for no cheese, no sour cream, which should include. Tomatoes, lettuce, and guacamole. We specifically asked for extra vegetables since we were not getting the cheese or the sour cream. The guy taking the order was very nice, but the guy making the burritos definitely cut corners because we ended up with burritos that only had beans, rice and lettuce. We are the specifically ask for guacamole which they said that they were out and we told them that we had phoned ahead, and they said that they were only out of Diablo sauce that they had everything else in stock. So we pushed and the guy finally gave us three containers of guacamole still didn’t get my tomatoes. I feel like Taco Bell as a franchise is really going down. We have been to multiple Taco Bell‘s and this one was the best and now it’s getting worse. I think the franchise needs to start really looking at what they’re doing and how they’re making their food otherwise people will go elsewhere and take their money elsewhere. If I was you, I’d be careful with what you eat and make sure that they make your order exactly how you ask otherwise, what’s the point in being able to customize an order? Not to mention they should at least put onions in it if you’re not getting cheese and sour cream. It’s crazy that this is the only way that you can order a non-dairy burrito so instead of getting a seven layer burrito I got a five layer burrito that only came with three layers.
