  I order veggie patty online order from app and they forget to put patty inside and I am trying to contact them after 20 minutes and they are not picking up the call

  When we first came to this location about a year ago we did not have a good experience in both service and food (there were a lot of reviews showing the same). However, changes must have been made because both service and quality has improved substantially over the last few months. I see some reviews are upset about wait times, but in their defence most subways I go to don’t have a lot of staff and “wait times” are always kind of the same. Anyways, I think they deserve more than a 3.4 which is why I’m writing my review.

  Y’all lost a regular customer today, service was so bad, the employee was unprofessional and the entire interaction was so frustrating. I do not recommend just go to a different location.

  Shitty ass service so inconsistent with their service, they be hiring anyone. 0/10 just go to other subway locations nearby and save ur time. The team doesn’t know how shit work themselves and obviously there are no managers in store ever to help these incompetent workers. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

  Best Subways , fresh ingredients, and excellent service. Bontu, was so friendly and welcoming.
