  Walked in and the employee walked away and went to the back. Took her a solid 5 minutes to return and when she made my sub she gave me 3 tomatoes, 3 cucumbers and 3 pickles on a damn 6 inch sub. Stingy and never coming back

  Words cannot express how much I hate this subway. As a former multiple franchisee this location is absolutely unacceptable. I swear to myself every time to boycott this location but since it’s so close to my home I keep giving it a chance and every single time my experience is absolutely terrible. Employee service is terrible, they seem to get upset every time you add a topping to your sandwich as if its not their JOB. They are miserable working and aren’t afraid to be rude to customers. The cheapskate owners refuse to hire more staff and wouldnt dare have more than 1 person working no matter how busy they get. They purposely give less protein on sandwiches below the Subway standard. and the only reason why the location is “busy” is because the singular employee working can’t keep up with the growing line.

  I pre order my food on the apps pick up time 12:25 pm. On the apps it say is ready to pick up when get there, they start to make it my order so is not ready to pick up. I got my 12:40 pm and also they don't have my cream mushroom soup and I asked for refund and the Surfer was mad
