  I usually don't prefer this store due to the cold service, but Mandeep completely turned things around for me! She gave me a warm welcome, had a great smile, and excellent customer service skills. I loved her unique way of building the sub, putting the sauces before the veggies so it stays neat and tight inside the bread instead of getting all over your mouth. She is so open to recommendations and questions. Because of her wonderful attitude, this is now my usual Subway spot!

  I ordered food and paid for it. I waited for 30 minutes for my food. Then when I asked them they said the order didn’t got placed and they won’t make it now even though they charged me for the order. I asked for an alternate solution of placing another order and refunding me for previous , their answer was no to it. I don’t get it if I paid for the order , it’s it their responsibility to check wether it’s for placed on their system. They have told me to dispute with bank and they are not ready give any solution from their end. My kid was supper hungry and they wasted almost 40 mins. This is a ridiculous service.

  I went to subway around 10:20am this morning (June 24, 2026). There was one staff who took my order and made sandwich. While the bread was in the toaster, she took my payment and touched the register with the same glove she was making the sandwich. And then she proceeded to finish making it with that same gloves on. They do not take food safety seriously and I definitely lost my appetite.
