  I had such a great experience with Darshan! I was in a hurry because my Uber was waiting, and he was so kind, respectful, and understanding. He made my foot-long sub quickly without making me feel rushed, and he even recommended some veggies that went really well together. I really appreciated how friendly and helpful he was. Great service and a really pleasant experience!

  I order from this Subway quite often, and my experience is always great. My order is always prepared perfectly, and the food is fresh and delicious. Darshan provided excellent service he was friendly, polite, and made sure my order was exactly right. I really appreciate the consistent great service. Highly recommended!

  Darshan is super friendly, suggested something I have not tried before, and boy was it good! This subway has some new things I haven't seen at others, or maybe just super nice staff like Darshan :). I noticed prices are better than some other locations too.

  If there were an option below 1 star, I would give it. The customer service was extremely disappointing. The staff were talking to each other and making faces while looking at customers, which made me feel uncomfortable and as though they were talking about us. They served the same old coffee even after we informed them about the issue. Instead of apologizing or addressing the concern, they laughed. This was very poor and unprofessional customer service. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and provides better customer service training. Employee name: Darshan

  Big shout-out to this location! Due to a system glitch, my order didn’t get processed properly, and I wasn’t able to get a refund or the subs before closing. I came back two days later, and the staff still remembered me and were willing to make the subs for me right away. I didn’t have to worry about anything or do anything—just wait for a little while and walk away with my food. Thank you so much for the great service! No wonder you get bigger ranking than other locations.
