  ⭐️ Very disappointing experience at this location. I placed an online order for two footlongs around 5:40 PM—one vegetarian and one with meat. I arrived slightly early, and the store wasn’t busy, with only one couple dining in and myself waiting. The biggest concern for me was the handling of the vegetarian sandwich. I noticed that the sandwich maker did not change her gloves after preparing the meat sandwich before moving on to the vegetarian order. As someone ordering a vegetarian sandwich, this was very concerning because it creates a clear risk of cross-contamination between the meat and vegetarian food. I specifically chose a vegetarian option, so I expect it to be prepared with clean gloves after handling meat. Unfortunately, the customer service was also quite poor. I greeted her when I walked in but was completely ignored, and throughout the 10 minutes I was there, there was no greeting, smile, or basic interaction. I also asked for the sandwich halves to be packed tightly and separately, but that request wasn’t followed. The cross-contamination concern was the biggest disappointment for me, but the overall lack of professionalism and customer service made the experience even worse. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and reinforces proper food-handling practices, especially when preparing vegetarian orders

  I had a wonderful experience at Subway thanks to Gina! She was extremely friendly, polite, and professional. She made my order perfectly and provided excellent customer service with a positive attitude and a smile. She truly made my visit enjoyable. Gina is a great employee and definitely deserves recognition for her amazing service. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  Denied entry at 10 minutes before they even closed drove there all the way just to see a lady shaking her head saying “no”, what a joke!
