  Most disgusting subway I’ve ever been to. The veggies were soft, felt like they were expired of left out. Sandwich was burnt. The employee was very stingy with the toppings. Lovepreet made a sandwich with beef right before mine and did not change her gloves. The other lady Bhavi is also very rude to customers. I’m not sure who the owner of this establishment is but he needs a wake up call.

  Ladies at the front figure it out, wake up. At least know your menu. They gave me a piece of bread with mayo claiming that’s what I ordered, not even willing to verify that. When I come back to tell them that I wanted the meal of the day sandwich they ask what’s in it having no idea how to even make it. Crazy, you work at a sandwich shop at least know how to make the ones you sell.

  Extremely disappointing experience. The two girls working at the counter were rude, disrespectful, and showed very poor customer service. Their attitude made us feel like they were doing us a favour, rather than serving paying customers. Customers deserve to be treated with basic courtesy and respect. Subway should seriously focus on customer service and proper hospitality training for its staff. Please remember that good hospitality and respectful communication go a long way.
