  Super stale bread, stingy with toppings, charged for double protein which was requested, but only put regular amount on. Felt sick after eating it due to the stale bread and sketchy lettuce.

  Fabulous customer service and it was clean and tidy when i went in. I always used to go to other subway on 170 st. Since they had closed there, i went to this location first time and found better than them. Love the girl working here. Seems very kind and helpful.

  The food was okay besides there being barely any turkey on our sub... what floored me was when my partner was sent to get me out of the bathroom while I was changing our toddlers diaper, because it was 10 minutes to close and the employee working said everyone had to be out of the building so she could lock the door. And this was before they were even technically closed yet. What has happened to customer service these days it's like it doesn't even exist anymore.

  I am very disappointed with my order today. The bread was hard and did not seem fresh. There were very few ingredients in the sandwich, and the sauce was also much less than expected. The quality of the food was not acceptable, and it did not match the standard I expect from Subway. Because of these issues, I would like to request a refund for my order. Please review my complaint and let me know the next steps. Thank you.

  Ordered a foot-long turkey sub. Bread was hard and not fresh, veggies were okay, however, look at how small they slice the tomatoes at this location! Very friendly service and a modern atmosphere. Overall, a decent option to grab a quick bite.
