  WARNING. THE SOUP IS EXTEREMLY HOT!!! It is very good tasting but seriously. The temperature needs to be turned down. Someone is going to get a bad burn in their mouths. I tried to call to inform the employees but nobody answered the phone.

  Visited today around 2:30 PM on my lunch break and ordered the Tuesday deal. I told the worker (on the larger side) multiple times that I have a severe pork allergy and religious dietary restrictions. Her coworker literally tried to warn her that the sub had pork, but she silenced her coworker and lied directly to my face, insisting the sub was "all beef." I trusted her, paid, and even left a tip, only to find out she completely lied to me. It was NOT beef. It was an Italian B.M.T. packed with pork ham, pepperoni, and salami. I had to leave work early, lost my wages for the day, and am now suffering from a severe physical reaction. They took my hard-earned money (and my tip!) and put my health at risk just to avoid remaking a sandwich. Completely unacceptable and dangerous. Avoid this location if you have allergies or religious dietary needs!

  Super stale bread, stingy with toppings, charged for double protein which was requested, but only put regular amount on. Felt sick after eating it due to the stale bread and sketchy lettuce.

  Fabulous customer service and it was clean and tidy when i went in. I always used to go to other subway on 170 st. Since they had closed there, i went to this location first time and found better than them. Love the girl working here. Seems very kind and helpful.

  The food was okay besides there being barely any turkey on our sub... what floored me was when my partner was sent to get me out of the bathroom while I was changing our toddlers diaper, because it was 10 minutes to close and the employee working said everyone had to be out of the building so she could lock the door. And this was before they were even technically closed yet. What has happened to customer service these days it's like it doesn't even exist anymore.
