  Bread was flat and not great tasting the woman who asked us what type looked at us like she was full of hate, passed our subs off the the guy working with her and he was trying to be fast but moving slow and we had to repeat everything two to three time times to figure it out. He might need to learn English. Never again subway....never

  I visited Subway today around noon and received excellent customer service. They prepared my order carefully, answered my questions, and made the experience pleasant. Great service and much appreciated!

  I asked for the new grilled sandwich. Was excited. The young man pulled it out, and I said it's not grilled. It doesn't look like pictures. He said that's how it comes. What could I do?

  Very poor customer service. I visited Subway around 4:30–5:00 PM, and a male employee named Rohan working at the front spoke to me extremely rudely. I was simply trying to explain that I had placed a pickup order online and had forgotten to add a note about how I wanted the dressing. Before even listening to what I was saying, he immediately interrupted me in a very rude and arrogant tone and demanded to see my order. When I showed him the screenshot, he rudely said he could not accept it and that I had to show him the actual app. I wasn’t even there to pick up the order—I was only trying to give a simple instruction before my sister picked it up. There was no basic greeting, no willingness to listen, and absolutely no welcoming attitude. The way he spoke to me was completely unnecessary and made me feel very uncomfortable. This kind of attitude toward customers is unacceptable. Management seriously needs to look into the customer service at this location. Will never come back here!!!

  I stopped by Subway at Kingsway Mall for lunch today during my visit to the mall. The service was impressively prompt, with three staff members attending to customers—two gentlemen and a lady. Unfortunately, one of the staff members was rather discourteous, which detracted noticeably from the overall experience and cost the establishment a star. Apart from that interaction, the food was consistent with the familiar Subway standard: fresh, satisfactory, and reliably prepared. Overall, a decent experience, though the service etiquette could certainly use some refinement.
