  There was a guy working with his hat on backwards at the tail, and I asked to use the washroom, and he looked at me and said, can I get you started with something?And i'm like , no I just want to go wash my hands and use the washeroom then I will order something to eat.Any smirk at me and said, well, you'll have to wait a little bit thinking that I was just gonna use the washerman and leave.Not only did he come from outsid e, he started touching the food and never washed his hands unprofessional an dirty right across from the royal alex hospital

  I visit this place on monday and ordered the food . The lady making the food was so nuce to me and after that she passed on the food to the other man- I asked him to grill the sandwich and he was so rude and arrogant. This is not how you speak to the customers. The same thing happened twice

  My Worst experienced here at SUBWAY kingsway mall. The food was ok but the crew was so rude. His name is ROHAN. We had been told that they were not allowed to do extra veggies on the sub. I did the online order by the way. After he finished doing our footlong sub. I told him to put all the sub in the separate wrapper ( 2 footlongs cut in half) because we were 4 person were going to eat it. ROHAN (crew) said that i didnt put the note regarding that and i told him, the reason i was here is to tell you about it (cause i forgot to mention it, my mistake) but he still insist that i didnt put it on the note and he was so mad about it. I dont know what is the problem doing it in the 1st place. I was so nice when i was asking him and he replied in a RUDE manner. After he gave the food to us, he walk away just like nothing happen. Im a not coming back to this store anymore and its kind a make sense why the review in this store is very low. I wish i can put no star in the rating but google wont let me do it.

  The guy making my sub was acting like anything he put on my sub was coming out of his paycheck. Asked repeatedly for more vegetables and extra on some others and was just ignored and shoved the card reader. Never going back to this location.

  So rude and arrogant. They should get training again how to do costumer service.
