  Ordered 2 subs, 1 was a meatball. I got it toasted then when it came to the veggies I noticed there was 4 spread out meatballs on a foot long with large gaps between them. I asked what is going on. She then said if I wanted she could go back and get more meatballs. She repeated it 2 more times and I walked out and will not be going to Subway anymore. She would rather rip off a customer then do her job. Firehouse subs from here on out.q

  recently visited this Subway location and ordered a chicken bowl with double meat. I asked the manager, Jashan, a simple question about how much chicken is included with a double-meat portion, but she was unable to answer and responded in a rude and unprofessional manner. As a manager, I would expect a basic understanding of menu portions and a respectful attitude when assisting customers. There was no reason for a straightforward question to be met with poor customer service. The food was fine, but the interaction left a negative impression. I hope management addresses this issue and emphasizes both product knowledge and customer service training.

  Monday June 1st around 3:30 pm The woman working behind the counters cell phone was more important than the customer waiting to order food. Stood there while she was scrolling or texting and was not even acknowledged. Walked out and will not be back to this location.

  This location is by far the worst I've seen in a long time for being extremely light on toppings. They literally layered the spinach one leaf at a time across the sandwich. This is ridiculously embarrassing for a franchise to tell their sandwich artists to present food this way. Management... the next time this occurs at any location I will refuse to complete the order and I will simply walk out of your restaurant mid order.
