This is for the owner, You kmow me to see me, I have been coming in for 10 years, I always call ahead and order 12 fresh made macadamian nut cookies, and they always do, its a 20 min wait , all good. Well today the woman on the phone did not want to do it as she said she just made them, I hear this all the time, then i get home and half or all are hard , and thats beside the point, She should not be in a service industry, as she 1st said they Just came out of the oven , when i insisted the then said it takes am hour cuz tje oven has to be warmed up, the oven she just used, i said why are you lying to me? Then I asked her name and she refused to give it. So I drive to the store ( 40 st) and the girl behind the counter said the girl I was talkimg to has left. And its no problem for the cookies , it will be 20 minutes, i am fairly sure the girl is one of the ones working that i was on the phone with and they dont wamt you to know. And she refused to give me her name Well , now you know. Thank you

I usually don't expect much from a subway, but my sandwich artist today gave me a sandwich and a half. Their name was jakie, and they made me a Italian BMT like a carnivore sandwich and It was delicious! She was quite kind too and understanding when I needed a moment to figure out my condements and such. It reminded me a lot about how subway used to be.

Jhaki is the BEST sandwich artist ever despite all of the Subway locations I’ve been to. Special thanks to you for being patient, kind, attentive and accommodating and caring about ingredient freshness and placement. You are awesome!
