    I have never had such a bad customer service experience before. The lady making my sandwich kept rolling her eyes at me when I was ordering and then mid order she goes to pack someone else's sandwich and touches the chicken so I politely ask her to change her gloves because I cant eat it for religious reasons. She rolls her eyes again and says "its just chicken" HELLO. Dont waste ur money here guys!

    Sales associate need to fix their attitude, I was using bathroom and she was so arrogant and rude towards me. She said it’s for our customers only when I am also customer with you guys i order from you, this Filipino lady was arrogant and said it’s not for you it’s only for our customer. Well there’s no sign for that. I will be reporting this in the app as well now

    Extremely rude stuff.\nI walk in and they tell me what kind of bread I order the ghost pepper flaked and i tell her the same 6 things and she points to the back of a my head and points at a sign and says I have to order from there, I told her can't I just make my own sound, she said you have to order from there, I'm like your slogan is Subway, make it your way, why can't I just make it my way? She didn't give me any justified answer. She just told me to, so I just sucked it up and got a meatball sub. I asked if it was halal they said yes which was a lie i asked for spinach, black olives, green peppers, jalapeno, and I asked for some lettuce.She made me repeat myself two or three times she was rude tye whole time after that, she talked to her friend in her native language and then was snickering and laughing while looking at me. So I indicated she was talking some disrespect. After that, I went and paid and didn't leave a tip. She got mad at me for over a dollar. 75, she gave me a look of disgust. And when nobody was there, she flipped me off and then I went and gave her a look of disgust and then I went to to the food court, I took one bite of my sandwich and realized my meatball was completely raw, I went back and complained, I told them, can you check if it's Can you check a screen meatballs are cooked because I don't think they are, she checked my sandwich and I had her check my sandwich and I asked her, can you compare because she just said the meatballs in my sandwich were cooked and we were going back-and-forth and her friend hopped. In and said, no, and we can't do that and it's policy. I told her I have every right to ask because that's my right as a customer, she said we have the right to refuse service. I'm like, you can't refuse service when I'm asking you legally. That's required for you to tell me if it's how , and if it's halal and if it's cooked they were going back-and-forth and back-and-forth. And we were going back-and-forth, and what she did when I left in frustration, she said, next time, leave a tip, I got mad at her and I didn't speak to her, she said when I left thinking the glass was too thick. She said that he deserved it. And it wasn't halal very roo.\nT staff most likely will not go there again and we'll find another chain to go to.\nI've never been disrespected this much by staff at a subway
